They are ones that have the goal of making new employees get a feel of what the business is about, what things are expected of them, and let them know what their jobs entail. Orientation meetings include getting ot knows and other activities. Trainings are more specific. They will allow employees to learn how they can do their jobs well in order to make sure that all of them will be on the right page.
