A tropical rainforest generally tends to be very humid and these places attract a variety of animals and insects. They have long tongue which allows them to shoot out the tongue, reach a fly or an insect, and they then eat it. You know those movies that they make about snakes? That is usually how snakes do tend to act (without the special effects) and one of the most common types of snakes you would find in a tropical rainforest is the anaconda. These snakes are thick and would literally squeeze their prey to death and are known to kill many big animals and humans too.
